Richard runs the perfect service. I requested 2 sets of draws from Ikea and some bits and pieces and they were delivered and assembled 5 days later. He gets straight back to e-mails and is a lovely and professional guy. I had two chests of draws built in just half an hour. Its great to have someone take the stress out of Ikea trips and self assembly, great value for money, would use and recommend again! - Bell
 

Fantastic service! I emailed Richard early on Friday morning and he replied very quickly, I had 2 double pine wardrobes to build, he gave me a quote and was at mine by 10.30 that morning! although the job was more than he had expected it would be he still just continued even cancelling an appointment he had to finish , he did a brilliant job and im so pleased with the end result, I would highly Recommend Richard to anyone, so helpful and efficient , Thank you so much. steph
 

I am very happy that Richard was able to fit my move in at such short notice. He was punctual and quick and managed to dissemble and reassemble my ikea bed in no time at all. The main point for me though was that he was very helpful and went above and beyond what he was being paid to do (fixing furniture, removing electrical plugs etc). I was pleased to have found Richard. He was reassuring in my situation of buying two small sofas on ebay and trying to arrange pick up and delivery. He communicated very well with me via email and my mobile and the job was done quickly. He was very pleasant when I met him and I was pleased with his service. I have never used this type of service before and I will use Richard again if the need arises.

When I made the move to Brighton - I could not have done it without Richard. He moved me from Maidenhead, Berkshire to Kemp Town and was AMAZING. Richard is tireless in his quest for perfection, and stayed until 10.30pm assembling furniture and putting up shelves for me! He hardly stopped all day, and most of the cups of tea/coffee I gave him went cold before he took his first sip! Richard is punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, friendly and I would recommend him to anyone. He is also a mean packer - the amount of stuff he squeezed into his van was amazing -it was like a Rubix Cube. I will definitely be using Richard again and will be recommending him to others. Excellent service! After experience the notoriously bad IKEA customer services, Richard delivered my item within 2days, at a time that suited me (unlike IKEA's vague delivery service that can take up to 3weeks!). I have always driven down to IKEA to collect goods (spending hours in traffic and parting with more money than I intended, due to impulse purchases of unnecessary candles etc!) Richard is the perfect alternative for those that have small cars, small time frames and small budgets (candles can come to a lot!). I'd recommend him to anyone and will certainly be using him again. There are now so many 'man and van' services on the Internet, choosing one could be very hit or miss. We were going to hire a van ourselves but I am so glad we didn't! From the very first call to Richard he was polite and friendly which completely reassured me. He responded to emails and texts very promptly. He arrived on time and helped take all the stress out of what could have been a very stressful furniture move. The carpeted van is also a nice touch, especially when moving expensive furniture.
